Sustainable and responsible production and consumption. Assessment of
environmental impacts of food product and packaging systems and development of
supply chains. Development and applications of life cycle assessment. Product
oriented environmental management.Communication of environmental impacts of
products and consumption. Corporate social responsibility and its evaluation and
measurement from production chain point of view. Carbon foot print: development
of methods and calculation of carbon foot prints. Integration of uncertainty
assessment into life cycle assessment. Assessment of food waste in food sector,
incl. consumer food waste.
